About Us
We are blessed to live on 75 acres in middle Michigan. We try to grow all of
our own hay and feed and enjoy the beauty God has given us.
Long time horse lovers, my husband and I were introduced to the long ears
section of the equine world by our first standard donkey "Oscar". Thinking
Oscar a remarkable fellow we realized that a mix of our beloved horse and
the donkey would be just what our farm needed.
Our introduction to the mule was love at first site We now like to learn about
mules and share our mule babies and stories with others.
We spend lots of time riding our mules Brodie and Jilly ....we use them for
bushwacking, camlping and picketing, parades, judged trail rides.
Our goal is to raise mule babies that are trained with natural horsemanship
and are calm, people loving, willing candidates for saddle and cart or
wagon. With this in mind we have chosen mares and jacks of sound
confirmation and breeding and willing temperment as sires and dams for
our stock.
